**ALL CARRIERS ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN USUAL TRANSIT TIMES**
Ground and freight transit times are not guaranteed. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, you should select an expedited shipping service.
FedEx frequently splits up multi-parcel shipments. If you get a notification email that your order has been delivered but you have not received all of the tires, please check the tracking numbers. The delivery notification is only tied to the master tracking number. Some of the other tracking numbers might not be delivered yet. They usually arrive within 1-2 days.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or orders that have been misdelivered by the carrier.
Shipping policy
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for a fee of $40 for addresses within 15 miles.
Deliveries are made from 9 am – 5 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 10808 FM 1625, Austin TX 78747. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping with FedEx. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to customs fees, brokerage fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hankook Motorsports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hankookmtorosports.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Freight shipping
Freight shipping can be quoted upon request. It will require a commercial address with a forklift or dock. LTL carriers will impose a fee for liftgate service, residential delivery, farm/workshop delivery (when your business is at your house), and deliver to commercial addresses that are not warehouses or not easily accessible. You will be responsible for any additional fees imposed by the LTL carriers.
